Registrar


The role:

This is a challenging role that would suit a highly motivated and professional person. Your main role is to maximise the efficiency of the reception area and ensure that all school enquiries are responded to promptly. To continually develop and maintain a professional, effective registry for the school, its agencies worldwide and its student population.


Core Responsibilities:

• Responding professionally to telephone and email enquiries.
• Greeting and responding to potential new students who make enquiries at reception
• Sending course and accommodation information as requested.

• Dealing with personal enquiries

• Liaising with colleagues to resolve queries and to respond to all enquiries in a timely manner

• Working closely and maintaining contacts with outside agencies

• Acknowledging receipt of fees, taking cash and credit card payments and recording receipts.

• Accommodation

• To undertake data entry associated with the student enrolment process and accommodation process.

• To be responsible for the emergency mobile some weekends when necessary


Experience and attributes:

You need have experience and knowledge in administration, customer service, registration. A high level of computer skills and proficiency in speaking & writing is required. A background in the education (particularly the EFL/TEFL) industry will be an advantage. It is also highly desirable to speak more than one of the main European languages.

Senior Teacher / Teacher Trainer


Reporting to the Director of Studies you will be teaching and assisting in the day to day running of the academic programme and our Trinity CertTESOL Teacher Training department, TEFL London. We are looking for a highly motivated and organised person who has strengths in motivating others as well as showing initiative and contributing to the continuous development of our school.


Main duties:

• Teaching students of all levels
• Teaching as a teacher trainer on our Trinity Cert TESOL courses
• Supporting DoS/ADoS

• Supporting teachers in lesson planning/preparation

• Delivering effective CPD sessions


Qualifications & experience:

• University degree
• DELTA/Trinity dip qualification
• At least two years DELTA teaching experience

• Experience as a teacher trainer on CELTA/Trinity Cert TESOL courses

• Organised professional with a passion for teaching

Sales Executive


The role:
This is an exciting role as sales executive in the education industry working for a modern English language school in the heart of London and will suit a motivated and tenacious individual.

Location:
As a sales executive, you will be based in Holborn, but will also be required to travel extensively both in the UK and overseas for business purposes.

Responsibilities:

The role of sales executive requires great commitment and motivation and responsibilities will include:

• Meeting of targets set by the organisation to generate sales from both UK based and overseas agents.
• Increasing sales growth of both our English language courses and teacher training courses.
• Maintaining and developing the relationships with our existing clients and being persistent and creative in generating new contacts.


Experience and attributes:

You need to have a strong sales background and be motivated by targets and achieving results, have good organisational skills and be able to work both independently and as part of a team.  A background in the education (particularly the EFL/TEFL) industry will be an advantage, but is not essential.  It is also highly desirable to speak another of the main European languages.
