Sales and Marketing Executive


Duties and responsibilities include:


- Establishing and building relationships with new business contacts in order to increase bookings.
- Analysing sales and helping to develop and implement a marketing plan.
- Monitoring courses offered by other schools in order to keep pace with the current demands of the market and provide ideas for new courses.
- Liaising with and develop existing agents.
- Keeping regular contact with all active agents, i.e. those clients who make regular bookings with the school, and those with a clear potential to become active agents in the future.
- Marketing the school in variety of ways including website, fairs and sales trips.
- Assisting with the design of marketing materials and making sure agents have enough up-to-date brochures and pricelists.
- Answering enquiries from agents and prepare group booking quotations.

Assistant Director of Studies (ADOS)

Assistant Director of Studies (ADOS) required to assist the Director of Studies.

DELTA/Diploma essential.


Duties include timetabling, recruitment, observations, resources and materials and some teaching.
